International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Weather events, holidays, carrier delays, or incomplete addresses may impact delivery times. We’ll do our best to assist, but some delays are outside our control.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help resolve it quickly.
